We are a dynamic team of individuals fully focused on developing property management software solutions with the goal of providing a comprehensive and fully integrated ecosystem in the property space.
We come from different walks of life and have different life experiences and expectations. This we bring to the table when we develop our products, making JaGaSolution modular and flexible so that it can cater to our requirements and yours as well.

Our Journey
Establishment
Red Ideas Sdn Bhd (RISB) was founded by David Foo, Ignatius Ho and Michael Loke, with the aim to empower the neighbourhoods. The initial idea was mooted when the co-founders realised the potential demand for our services and how the eventual product and services could add value to community living.
Launching of Our First Product - JaGaApp
With non-stop efforts of market research and product improvement, JaGaApp was successfully launched on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store with additional handy features such as Emergency Assist, intercom call and visitor management system (VMS).
Listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia
During this year, RIHB was listed on the Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform (LEAP) Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. As of December 2017, we have reached a total of 128 neighbourhoods.
200 of Neighbourhoods are now using JaGaApp!
Our client base has expanded aggressively this year, breaking 200 neighbourhoods! This marked a significant milestone in the corporate history of RISB.Besides, we have been constantly breaking the barrier in providing different solution to fulfil different customers’ needs. In April 2018, our 2nd core product, JaGaCard was launched in the market.
Launching of JaGaRonda & JaGaCount
In April 2019, we are excited to introduce our third and fourth product, JaGaRonda and JaGaCount to the market!
400 Sites and Growing
This year, we have launched our e-commerce platform, namely “HeyJaGa” that focuses on bringing services and products directly to our customers in April 2020.Now, all 4 products namely JaGaApp, JaGaCount, JaGaRonda, JaGaCard are branded under the umbrella term “JaGaSolution”.Today, we have over 400 neighbourhoods and 150,000 registered users!
