How long is the downtime support if there is a problem with the machine/car(s)?

It would take about 2 to 5 days depending on the severity of the issue at hand.

Where do we place the machine/car(s)?

For the Vending Machine, it would need to be placed at an area that is; i. Sheltered ii. Close to a plug point iii. Has service iv. Preferably close to the guardhouse/CCTV. For SOCAR, it would need to be placed close to the guardhouse.

Does the JMB have to cover damage costs (if any)?

No, the JMB will not be held responsible for damages. Our partners have informed us that they have insurance in case of any damage.

What if JMB wants the machine/car(s) removed?

The JMB will have to pre-inform the RISB team at least 30 days before actual termination date.

Does the JMB have to cover the cost of utilities for the vending machine(s)?

YES, the JMB will have to bear the cost of utilities.
