What is JaGaApp?

JaGaApp is a community app served to enhance the security, communication, and convenience of neighbourhoods.

Who can sign up for JaGaApp?

JaGaApp is now made available to both neighbourhood users and public users. However, there are certain features limited to the neighbourhood users.

What information do I need to sign up?

You may sign up with your mobile number, email address, or choose to link your account to your Facebook, Google or Apple ID.

Do I need to pay to use JaGaApp?

There is a monthly subscription fee charged to the Management/Committee, but the app is absolutely FREE to use for the residents.

Where can I download JaGaApp?

Residents/Users can download JaGaApp for free on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.

How long will it take to roll out JaGaApp in my neighbourhood?

It usually takes not more than 10 working days from the day the Management/Committee sign the agreement.

Can the Management/Committee be registered as a JaGaApp User?

Yes, we encourage the Management/Committee to register for a JaGaApp account.

Why should the Management/Committee be registered as a JaGaApp User?

Two key benefits: (1) it enables better understanding of resident perspectives by experiencing the resident view first-hand, and (2) the technician team can raise internal issues such as defects directly through the app.

What are the benefits of using JaGaApp as a public user?

Public users can enjoy our time-slot service booking platform, HeyJaGa, within the app. They can also register for JaGaID.

Tenant Management

Is JaGaApp accessible by tenant?

Yes. Both owners and tenants can sign up and access JaGaApp.

Why should Management Office encourage tenants to use JaGaApp?

Two reasons: (1) it helps build a comprehensive database of owners and tenants, and (2) it improves communication between the Management/Committee and tenants.

How does the Management/Committee manage tenants using JaGaApp?

Three methods: enforce guidelines that require sign-up, encourage in-app payment, and activate tenant mode for compulsory facility booking.

How do tenants sign up for JaGaApp?

Information required to create an account for tenants are the same as for owners. They will need to submit their tenancy agreement together with the JaGaApp User Sign Up Form.

Privacy Policy

Will our personal data be secured on JaGaApp?

We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, reproduction, use or amendment.

How safe is JaGaApp?

Our server and database are under globally recognised security assurance frameworks and certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS Level 1, and SOC 1, 2 and 3.

Are the residents' numbers being revealed to the security guards via the JaGaApp Guard Device?

Residents' numbers are never revealed in both the residents' call list and call screen on the Guard Device, hence guaranteeing the privacy of the residents' numbers.

Does JaGaApp keep visitor records?

Yes, all the visitor records are stored in our database where the Management/Committee and guards can view and print all visitor records.

Would the security company be furnished with a full list of a neighbourhood's visitation records?

The full list of neighbourhood's visitation records belongs to the Management/Committee. This has been specified in the agreement between our company and the Committee.

Would the personal details of a visitor be stored in the database and viewable by the Management/Committee?

Yes. Any gated & guarded neighbourhood is considered as privately owned property where Management can collect visitor information.

Where is all my neighbourhood data being stored?

All data will be stored in our database and is secured safely.

What will happen to my data if my neighbourhood decides to terminate JaGaApp services?

The Management/Committee has access to the JaGaApp Admin Panel and is allowed to back up all the data. The data will then be deleted from the JaGaApp server 90 days after the service period ends.
