Without a working intercom system, the guards can only be expected to register visitors as they lack the necessary tools to confirm and verify visitors prior to allowing entry.

Unfortunately, many cabled systems fail over time due to hardware malfunction or degrading wires. These are very expensive to maintain and even more expensive to replace.

JaGaApp’s Intercom feature is a cost-effective solution that links the guardhouse directly to a resident’s mobile phone giving better functionality and reach.

How It Works

Each user can register up to 3 intercom contacts in JaGaApp. Users can do so by adding the contacts manually or import directly from their phone contacts. Building managers can also set default contacts here for users, such as the management office’s number or Emergency Number (999).

Security guards will call intercom A for visitor verification. If it is not available, the guards are able to contact alternative intercom contacts B and C.

The user will receive the call from their device from the guards directly to verify his/her visitors, or for any other issues.
