JaGaApp’s Emergency Assist feature enables users to alert their contacts and obtain help within the shortest possible time in the event of an emergency, within or outside of the community.

On the other hand, building managers or security guards can also broadcast emergencies to all users of the community in case of emergencies such as fire or lockdown.

Types of JaGaApp Emergency Assist (EA)

Home EA

Home EA

• Used by residents.

• For emergencies within the community.

• Security guards, family members, and emergency contacts are alerted once activated.

• This enables alerted parties, especially guards to dispatch assistance immediately to the resident unit.

Location EA

• Used by residents.

• For emergencies outside of the community.

• Family members and emergency contacts are alerted immediately once activated.

• The resident’s live location will be sent to them, and it is refreshed every 30 seconds.

• Used by security guards.

• Password required for activation to prevent misuse by unauthorized personnel.

• To notify residents of emergencies such as riots, fires, or lockdown.

• Residents will receive notifications instantly from their app.
