Walk-in / Usual Visitors

• Residents pre-register and share a unique QR code generated to the visitor.

• Upon arrival, the visitor shows his QR code together with his/her driving license to the guard for registration.

• The guard scans the QR code and driving license using JaGaApp’s Guard Device to record all visitors’ information. The guard will also contact the residents for final verification.

• The visitor enters the property upon successful verification.

JaGaID Visitors

• Residents pre-register the visitor that has a unique, verified JaGaID. No sharing of QR code is required.

• Upon arrival, the visitor can let the guard scans his/her JaGaID, or self-check-in by scanning the property’s QR code at the guardhouse (similar to scan & go of MySejahtera).
No need to present photo ID or driving license. No calling of residents needed.

• The visitor enters the property without hassle! And for building managers, safety is guaranteed as all information is verified and recorded before the visit.
