There are all kinds of physical forms in the management office. More often than not, these forms are physically filled up by the residents, after which the front desk admins would be spending most of their time on data-entry work, manually keying in such data onto their spreadsheets.

Despite the advancements in technology and the growing number of online form tools like Google Forms and JotForm, building managers generally fear using these as alternatives for two reasons:

i) Unable to verify the validity of residents that submit the forms
