Yes, you heard that right. As part of our ongoing upgrade from Admin Panel Version 1.0 to Version 2.0, we’re giving the Visitors and Documents modules a complete makeover.
Here’s everything you need to know.
Visitors Module: Fresh Look, Same Workflow
What’s New?
- Clean, modern design. No more clutter!
- All tables and details pages are now clearer and better organised.
- No change to your workflow. You’ll handle visitor entries the same way as before, but with a much nicer experience.
Documents Module: Total Revamp
This is where you’ll see the biggest changes! New Folder Structure:

For unit-related files, with 4 pre-set folders: a. Owner & Tenant View b. Owner View Only c. Tenant View Only d. Internal (Admin Only)

Subfolders Are Now Supported!You can finally create subfolders in the Public folder (previously, this was not possible). New Tools To Help You Work Smarter:
- Move documents between folders
- Rearrange file order to control how files appear on the residents’ app

Wait, Will There Be Downtime?
Yes, but only for the Documents module! To move everything into the new structure, the Documents module will be temporarily offline. But don’t worry, the rest of the portal will work as usual.
