QR Access for Facility Bookings — Now Available Across JaGaSolution Communities
Managing a community's facilities shouldn't mean handing out keys, chasing no-shows, or stationing a guard at the function room door. The latest JaGaSolution release gives Management Offices direct control over who gets into a facility, and when.
Residents book, then simply scan to enter
When a booking is approved, the resident receives a QR access pass in JaGaApp. They scan it at the facility door and it opens — no keys to issue, no guard needed to let them in, and no manual check against a booking list.
No-show bookings release themselves
Every facility can be given its own grace period and auto-release timer. If nobody scans in, the booking is cancelled automatically and the slot goes straight back up for other residents to book. Management decides how long a no-show holds a slot before it's freed.
Passes for staff and vendors
Cleaners, contractors and maintenance teams can be issued their own QR passes — valid for a set period, limited to specific facilities, and revocable at any time.
A complete access record
Every scan is logged with who entered, which facility, when, and the outcome. Filterable, searchable, and exportable to CSV whenever the committee needs it.
Also in this release: stronger vehicle access controls
For communities running ANPR, Management Offices can now write their own guidance onto the resident's vehicle registration screen, prevent the same number plate being registered twice, send residents automatic reminders before their vehicle registration expires, and see each resident's Do Not Disturb settings per vehicle — so a refused entry can be explained without a phone call.
