Job Description

Aside from the usual accounting work, you will be exposed to business cycles and even product development!

What to expect from the position

• Officiate client’s data migration process from their existing accounting systems over to our platform.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on product trainings and system-related setups.
• Be the primary contact for clients on both existing and new features that we’re developing.
• Assist in developing guides/handbooks for our clients to upskill themselves.
• Learn and use the accounting system to perform accounting task.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

What you could be part of

• Enhance existing client onboarding workflows.

Job Requirements

What You Need

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree of Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Collaborative and possesses good interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethics and attention to details.
• Fiercely independent yet a great team player.

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel functions.
• Experience in Cloud Accounting Systems and/or Auditing.
• A passion for community building and helping people.
• A creative/out-of-the-box mentality!
