Traditional guard patrolling systems lack the ability of real-time updates, and generally is used for reports generated on a weekly or monthly basis. Management office and/or guard company supervisors need to manually check the records to ensure the guards are carrying their ronda duty diligently.

With JaGaRonda’s Guard Tracking feature, you can monitor the activities of the patrol guards in real-time. Our system is also capable of detecting incomplete patrol schedules and inform such discrepancies to the management automatically!

Real-time View on Guard Patrols

Guard patrols can be viewed in real-time by the management office and/or residents, depending on the setup.
Patrol information such as guards’ real-time location, timestamp record of the patrol, and visit records are available for view in real-time. These provides assurance and transparency to both management office and residents like never before!

Abuse Prevention

Geofenced QR checkpoints that are only scannable when a guard is physically present within a range of 50 meters.
Prevents abuse of guards taking a picture of the QR checkpoints and scanning them remotely.
