Work together with the Business Development team & to plan and execute the implementation process for communities.
To lead system implementation by providing supporting documentation, on-site system installation.
To review and streamline the implementation process of the product.
To coordinate and conduct training with clients regarding the system, participate in community events and campaigns, providing on-site support.
To engage with the clients constantly and maintain good relationship with clients.
Engagement metrics include usage rate, termination rate, etc.
Report Technical issues to the tech team and follow up internally & constantly update clients on the issue's status.
Attend committee meetings on site to provide insights on system's usage and recommendations of best practices.
To ensure the internal database in maintained and updated regularly.
Promote JaGaSolution suite of products and services to existing clients.
Any additional tasks assigned are to be aligned with the company's direction.

0 - 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated 'hustle' mentality are welcome to apply).
With Tertiary education qualification.
Candidate should be independently, self-motivated, target oriented and eager to learn.
Comfortable with Start-Up working environment and mentality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Google Slide is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Energetic, willing to learn, positive attitude and a fighter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in multiple languages - English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
